Our neighbor has puppies!!

Are these not adorable? My neighbor is selling these puppies, and we have been lucky enough to watch them grow up. They are too cute!

Ok so here are the videos I took today of the kids. I felt really bad for uploading that one of Erica. Believe it or not she is the best swimmer that we have and she was just having a bad day that day. Erica is the one who swam first and has the most confidence, I clicked on the wrong video thinking I saw a differnt one and well it wasn't and I didnt realize it until it was already uploaded. So anyhow here are the better ones. :)

Now I know that they don't swim like a professional would teach them, but as we swim almost everyday they are becoming so much more confident and they are really trying new things so it will come. But I am so proud of them for coming this far, last year was our first year in this house, meaning first year to live next door to the great neighbor we have who lets us swim everyday, and none of them, literally none of them would leave the steps with floaty's on. So the difference from them to now is just amazing and I know they will only get stronger and better as time goes on.

Reading with Uncle Robby

My brother kept the kids busy for me while I cleaned my house. Oh and he helped them get closer to the gold medal in the reading program at the library. Thanks Robby, you are the best!

Hair Ball.....Not for the weak stomached......

Ok I know this is GROSS!! But I told Ben that the vacuum wasn't working right and well this is why... I found the clog. All this dog hair was caught in the hose. See I do clean :) I had no idea it was clogging up or I would have done this sooner but I seriously have a hariy dog, well less hairy after this. LOL

My vacuum must work pretty darn good to collect this much dog hair. It is the cheapest one walmart carries.... :()

Another Mt. Charleston Hike....

We love to hike! I asked the kids if they wanted to go to the Springs Preserve or on a hike, they chose hike! can you believe it the vote was hike with a picnic.

Ok well this was an awesome hike. the kids made it a lot farther then I thought they would. there was some kind of migration with lady bugs and I can't tell you how many thousands there were on this hike. So needless to say Ben gave up on us and just walked ahead because we stopped to collect so many lady bugs. They were swarming us like bees, in face the buzzing around our ears was kinda creepy. We didnt realize they would be there so we didnt actually bring any home but they were all over our hair, on our shirts. I mean to tell you they were all out and walking on that hike with us, it was so much fun to see them all just flying around. I did get it on video but cannot figure this blog thing out so maybe one day you will just get tons of video :) you know me get on a kick and do it all at once :) better late thenm never right?

Anyhow we had a great picnic and a fun time with nature climbing and jumping and we found the Lizard and this web full of catepillars. There has to be 50 to 100 catepillars in that thing. They were crawling all around it in it and out of it kinda crazy, Emilee spotted it and she was just so proud of herself.

As for the Caleb's cute little bootie, you have to forgive me it is just to cute to not take. :) Plus if and when the day comes I will be using these photos. Love you handsome boy:)

Visit to Memi and Grandpa's

Well like any holiday that falls on the weekend Ben was working for Fathers day so we went out to my parents and spent some time with my dad. He got a new BBQ/Smoker all in one and it was Scrumptious..... We had chicken and dogs and all kinds of sides and well lets just say I ate way to much. :)










Caleb Loves this lawn mower, he doesnt get off he just plays and plays it is really cute.

This is Emilees house :) she has it all set up and she was telling me all about it. They have so much fun out there playing in all my dads junk, oh sorry dad I mean good stuff. :) The only problem is she thinks it is all hers and no one can come in or touch any of it cause is it all good stuff. Thanks dad, she is getting it too, couldnt stop with me its continuing on through the generations. :)

Rondald Mc Donald

Well we went to see Ronald again this year. It was fun we didnt have quite the turn out we did last year but I blame my two good friends for not being there. LOL

Anyhow Erica was the first child to be picked as a Volunteer, she used her imagination and dug waaaaaaaaaaayyyyy ddeeepppp down in to her pocket and pulled out a red ball as this was all by her imagination and then Ronald showed us all an empty bag with nothing in it. Erica threw her imaginary red ball and Wa La there is was in the bag. Super fun I have it on video but cant get it to load.

Emilee played a game well they all played Ronald says and Emilee was one of the two last standing players not to be out. It was hard I even played it was an all play activity there were parents playing even and I didnt do it I got out. She was standing with a 15 year old girl so that says something I was so proud of her.

Anyhow for winning Emilee got a $5 voucher to Mc Donalds and Erica got one also for being a volunteer so they had Happy Meals for dinner and they just loved that considering the only times they get one is with the Grandma money for their birthdays. Anyhow they were so happy and it didn't cost me much so I was Happy too.


Everyone got a raffle ticket and Erin won colorful Dominoes, she was excited. I decided I should learn how to play dominoes now. :)

Happy Birthday to Us????

The kids got invited to the coolest birthday party!! They got balloons made for them and they got there face painted and then food and cake and ice cream. they had so much fun. here are some pictures. Emilee is a tiger with an umbrella balloon she came up with the idea how I have no clue but it was super cool and Erica was a puppy with a puppy balloon and then Erin was a puppy(or a monkey for doing the monkey see monkey do) she copied Erica and we couldn't change her mind and she had a butterfly balloon and then Caleb had a spider and a dinosaur balloon. It was a blast, I also put some of the other kids and their things just because they were so cool.
