Our Kindergarden Sight Word Solider

Emilee is the first Kindergarden (sp?) Sight word Solider :) This is a very special thing she had to know by sight and not take but 1 second on 25 words. Here they are

She knew every one of these words by memory and had no trouble spouting them off to be the first one of the year to recieve her Sight Word Solider Dog Tag. Now this picture was taken some time ago because Im not great about posting and so she has already added a nice purple First grade Dog Tag to her necklace. I will take the pictures and post them soon promise but until then I will tell you all the words she had to know with out interruption to get that tag. Here goes nothin

Ok if you don't want to cound the got all but two of these 100 words right when tested on them and so she is now a first grade sight word solider. She missed were and than, she usually doesn't but she must have been nervous because she wanted it so bad she had been studying like crazy anyhow the kindergarden were allowed to miss two at most and she only missed the two so she passed and got her new Dog tag to add to her necklace. She is so so so happy and I will take pics and show you soon.
We are so proud of how well she is doing. She is reading at a first grade level and at the top of her class. Her teacher tells us she is a great leader and is very impressed with her. The only thing she has gotten marked for is her handwriting like her mommy she does not have the pendmanship I wish she could have. Anyhow we are working on taking our time and doing a better job. :)
